Annalee Dolls - Large 19" Halloween Mouse with Eyeball Flower (2008)
This is a collectible large gray Halloween mouse that was made by Annalee in 2008. The mouse is wearing a sparkly black dress with matching hat while holding an eyeball flower. She is in great condition. Today, more than 80 years after the first dolls were made in 1934, Annalee Dolls remains a New Hampshire USA tradition, operating out of the same picturesque town of Meredith and bringing smiles to everyone. Size: approximately 10” (L), 10” (W), 19” (H) Before Making a PurchaseVintage items do have a history and can show signs of aging with minor flaws or imperfections (that is actually what makes them so unique and great!). ANNALEE FELT DOLL 2002 GREEN DRAGON 12" HANDMADE
My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. Please ask for more pictures if needed.This is an auction for the 2002 felt green dragon (NOT THE COLLECTION) from Annalee dolls. This auction is for a 12" green dragon with silver scales. It has its original paper tag as well as the cloth tag sewn into a seam. His wings, arms legs have wires for posing. He stands on his legs. There are no tears, faded spots or other signs of wear. The original company started as homemade dolls in 1934. The company expanded, and due to a variety of issues the manufacturing went to China in 2001. The retail store still exists in Meredith New Hampshire. I purchased all the Annalee dolls I will be selling at the store.The dolls and figures are known for their whimsical faces. No two are alike, even if they are otherwise the "same" doll.I have several dozen of these that I will be selling over time. I do not have any Christmas or Easter dolls, nor any animals, just kids. See last 3 pictures to see the collection. Let me know if you see anything you want and I will list it. They have been displayed in a glass door cabinet out of direct sunlight. Son Chuck, who had begun managing daily operations in 1995, moved the manufacturing overseas in 2001. He and wife Karen, who still live in NH, signed many of the dolls owned by collectors today. After Annalee's 2002 death, the company was sold in 2008 to a group that included the dolls' Chinese manufacturer. In 2013 a small, mostly patriotic-themed product line of USA-dressed dolls - called Assembled in America - was started in Meredith, NH where it continues today. A few dozen employees - many trained by Annalee over 25 years ago - currently design and market all Annalee dolls and operate a gift shop in Meredith.Prior to 1987, sewn-on labels only show the year(s) the design was copyrighted.
