Has black felt boots with a gold felt buckle. Red and white striped socks. White pants with lace trim. Red and white striped sleeves. black satin ribbon around neck. Black cape with felt moon and stars on it. Has a wire in cape.Tall black felt hat with red ribbon. Blonde hair in ponytails. Open eyes and oh mouth.
